The role holder will be a key member of the Digital Channels team in the International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) UAE. The Transaction Migration and Digital Adoption Manager is accountable for driving the increased usage of digital channels among both existing and new-to-bank customers. We are currently seeking an ambitious Emirati to join our IWPB team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

In this role, you will:
• Plan and deliver annual strategies for transaction migration and digital adoption
• Leverage digital self-serve options to drive usage and implement initiatives that balance physical channel capacity with growing digital adoption.
• Partner with Physical Channel Leads and Data & Analytics teams to develop actionable insights and business cases for service migration opportunities.        
• Engage with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment on migration objectives and smooth execution of initiatives without disrupting existing operations.
• Analyze customer behavioral/usage data as well as transaction data from physical channels to uncover opportunities.  
• Address barriers to digital adoption, drive Digital Registration across our new and existing customer base and increase customer awareness of existing digital solutions. 
• Commercialize new digital journeys and capabilities to accelerate adoption.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Digital expert with a proven experience in driving digital adoption, managing channel migration, channel optimization programs or transformation projects, with expertise in promoting digital self-serve capabilities.  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to ensure alignment and successful delivery.  
• Good understanding of user experience, user needs, customer journey optimization and strategies to drive digital adoption
• Knowledge of call centre / branch operations an advantage
• Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
• Under the New Labour Law, only fixed term contracts shall be available to all employees of HSBC UAE (except DIFC and ADGM employees) – hence in line with the term of work permit, a 4 years’ contract would be issued.
