Wealth Management

Principal Responsibilities

  • In depth knowledge of holistic Financial Planning Strategies
  • Detailed understanding of generic financial vehicles and the areas of client needs they address in a financial plan
  • Displays high standards of behavioral coaching excellence
  • Advanced levels of presentation skills using different platforms
  • Up to date knowledge of global economic outlooks
  • Ability to create, manage and see through individual development plans
  • Able to demonstrate client centric goal related questioning techniques
  • A resilient change agent who can influence others
  • Experienced business manager with proven understanding of activity-based sales management
  • Have an understanding of the immediate regional Global Wealth Strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly
  • Ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrate ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
  • Authentic and show ability to engage with colleagues and clients to deliver at pace
  • Make considered decisions that protect HSBC and our clients
Requirements
    • Post Graduate with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
    • Strong coaching and influencing skills
    • Indepth knowledge and expertise in area of coaching responsiblilty including portfolio planning, sales process and client management skills.
    • Previous experience and proven record as Premier RM, Premier Sales Manager, or Wealth Coach within HSBC or equivalent in other leading financial institution
    • Detailed knowledge of global anti money laundering standards
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market
    • Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations (the latter to be attained if new to HSBC)
    • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and prioritize work assignments

    Eligibility Criteria

    • India Bank / INM employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
    • Entity Employees (not from India Bank) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted
    • INM Employees in scope of WPB Career Progression Framework not eligible to apply to roles within the purview of the Framework.
