We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Customer Proposition and Commercialisation.
Principal Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product development, marketing, sales and operations) to ensure seamless execution of commercialisation plans
- Drive alignment across stakeholders to driver innovative banking solutions, enhance customer adoption, and achieve targeted revenue growth objectives
- Define and refine the organization’s customer value proposition to ensure it aligns with market needs and differentiates the brand
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to tailor propositions for different target audiences
- Ensure the customer proposition is compelling, relevant, ad aligned with the organization’s overall strategic goals
- Optimize the profitability of customer propositions through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity across the organization
- Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Communicate the customer proposition and commercialisation strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Regularly report on progress, insights, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders
- University graduate with extensive general banking experience with exposure in commercial banking, business development and banking products
- Understand commercial banking products and HSBC’s beyond banking capabilities
- With Effective communication, interpersonal, project management and presentation skills
- Good writing skills in Chinese and English
- Strong drive and self-motivated
- Organised with ability to work independently
