We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President II, Investment.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers to come up with prospects and potential customers with due regard to customer business activities and the range of commercial banking solutions available
  • Proactively understand our customers’ needs to identify any new potential requirements and better enable development of the existing portfolio
  • Review the Banks development objectives whilst ensuring customer needs are met
  • Enhance service levels by resolving customer complaints and responsively acting on special requests in order to secure customer satisfaction
  • Assist Division Head of Investment in reviewing progress against division goals and business planning to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements
  • Solid years of working experience in Investment Product distributions within banking or other financial institutions
  • Relevant experience working within commercial banking or retail banking handling investment products
  • License holder of Hong Kong Securities Institution papers
  • Knowledge of investment products within commercial banking
  • Sound understanding of customer investment requirements and ability to address such needs
  • Negotiation and customer relationship management skills and experience
  • Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in an efficient and precise manner
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the VP I position
