We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Strategy and Business Execution Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Support co-ordinating across the markets globally to define and track key performance metric targets, Scorecards, and business performance reporting
  • Design and implement key initiatives to help drive performance, sharing best practice across markets; And drive FRP and performance targets across key performance metrics including revenue, NNIA, wealth penetration, wealth customer acquisition, product diversification
  • Support the development/ articulation of Group Strategic objectives & priorities
  • Provide support to ensure adoption and interlock with markets of approach and plan for the execution of the key initiatives to drive overall business performance
  • Develop the Premier Wealth Strategy and related execution across Markets with alignment and leverage of the Global Wealth Growth Strategy , along with oversight and monitoring of commercialization and KPIs
  • Support for collating and managing effective Wealth Business Performance reporting across respective markets and reporting to senior management in a timely manner
  • Provide input and support and facilitate FRP discussions across markets, in line with strategic objectives, and act as a referral point and manage the implementation of new capabilities of Wealth proposition with focus on service standards, wealth customer growth and financial performance
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Previous experience in wealth management, proposition development with exposure to strategy development, proposition formation, product development, commercial management across specific traditional and/or digital financial product categories and customer segments
  • Stakeholder management experience in a regional capacity is essential and good understanding of HSBC’s wealth eco-system, business and system architecture is preferred
  • Insights on competitive and innovation landscape in Retail Wealth industry globally and Asia specifically
  • Retail banking experience, familiarity with large bank environment and experience with multi-geography team/product/ management of wealth clients or products
  • Experience delivering products and/or proposition features, digital solutions to market and delivering commercial results and customer outcomes in line with plan
  • Knowledge of Wealth and personal banking  business drivers, sales and financial planning process, products and solutions, digital enablers would be preferred
