Department - GDT WS, MSS and ESG

In this role, you will

  • Oversight and Support of effective end to end workforce operations for aligned teams in core Business Management disciplines.
  •  Support the CIO with workforce management of the full set GDT technologists to deliver technology service on budget, meeting stretch targets through comprehensive understanding of skillset, recruitment, and vendor engagement practices.
  • Understand, manage and report on Workforce related requirements.
  • Manage resourcing and recruitment globally for various service types.
  • Support the team with implementing workforce strategy to support organisational goals and drive resource management operations to ensure successful execution of workforce plans.
  • Ensure excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management of Technology Teams and Central COO.
  • Support the automation of processes where required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Data driven technologist
  • Proven ability in working across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural diverse work environments
  • Demonstration of commerciality with strong financial acumen
  • Experience in managing challenging stakeholders of different work streams
  • Proven track record in Stakeholder management, requiring impactful communication, influencing and running project governance Implementation, change management and benefits realization.
  • In depth and well-rounded experience working on workforce management in the banking industry.
  • Evidence of ability to make key strategic decisions.
  • Delivery of large scale complex workforce programmes at pace, developing high performing interchanging teams to support delivery at each stage.
  • Have extensive knowledge of workforce management required across a digital team.
