We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
-Responsible for developing the country FX Wealth Management Managed Products franchise to deliver sustainable WEM profitability and enhanced leadership on market
-Manage the implementation of Global Wealth strategies in country, driving product, pricing, promotion and platform and channel strategy, working closely with Group Centres of Reference
-Implement the WEM FX Managed Products risk framework, by developing portfolio concentration tracking mechanisms as well as concentration along various risk parameters.
-Communicate and translate group strategy to local entities and reflect the needs of local entities to Country teams. Develop and drive a standardized approach for client engagement by channels, equipping servicing teams with appropriate tools and capabilities. Drive product campaigns and oversee the distribution of Managed Products in coordination with insights, channel managers, sales leads and Country wealth teams.
-Leverage capabilities in Deposits, FX, Investment Insights, Financial Planning, Business/Platform Implementation and Product & Advice Control within the wider Country WM team to implement the broader strategy.
-Manage Country WPB efforts in referring corporate customers and relationship building to/with Group entities; Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Global Banking.
-Ensure local entities monitor the performance and risk of products to ensure that customer outcome objectives are met. Work with business performance to review product KPIs.
-Maintain awareness of operational and credit risk (Financing Products) and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 and 4 of the Group Operations FIM.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-The jobholder is required to have no less than 5 years of banking experiences.
-Experience in FX product, wealth management team and frontline sales team is preferred.
-The jobholder is expected to have solid knowledge and background of local regulatory requirements and FX products.
-Fluent Chinese and English is required.
