Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Manager, Business Analysis and Testing (9 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Advise relevant parties including vendor and pension administration colleagues to formulate business and technology solutions to facilitate eMPF migration
  • Collaborate with users and IT to define an optimal and efficient migration process
  • Document scope of all related business requirements, relating to each deliverable facilitating migration
  • Implement eMPF Migration successfully
  • Support users to embed new process, if any, for migration
  • Develop procedures for migration execution
Requirements

To be successful you will:

  • MPF knowledge is preferrable but not necessary
  • Independent and complete tasks within tight time frames
  • Be innovative and able to improve/ enhance the existing practice for continuous improvement and efficiency in migration
  • Cope with heavy workload and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions to all parties
  • Possess a high level of flexibility and able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
