Job Advert Details
• Responsible for ensuring that the test steps of our SDLC processes specified in the Software Center Quality Control Procedure are executed within HBTR IT as specified in the HBTR Software Test Procedure. Conducts periodic checks on the team’s test evidence documents and shares the results with the relevant teams.
• Participates as a stakeholder in large scale projects. Supports HSBC IT analysts in stages such as creating user test scenarios, recording them in Jira, and ensuring the vendor conducts accurate impact analysis.
• Role ensures that QAs are coordinated with the business lines they are affiliated with regarding time and resources to ensure that test planning in projects is making correctly.
• During Roleswap studies, coordinates the collection of user test scenarios from relevant stakeholders in accordance with current system processes and their forwarding to the correct teams and analysts within IT. During Roleswap, coordinates with the business management team to ensure that the scenarios are fully executed by the relevant teams and that evidence is submitted.
• Responsible for ensuring that manual regression testing is performed by relevant teams before major releases and for recording test evidence. Responsible for relaying any findings during regression testing to the relevant team responsible for the process ,
also monitoring their resolution.
• Responsible for running the test automation tool before major releases, reviewing the results, and working with the relevant vendor to identify the root cause in case of issues.
• Responsible for carrying out the ITSO duties of our test automation service, HBTR Test Automation Turkey.
• Responsible for ensuring the stability of test environments and data generation application. Responsible for coordinating the relevant teams to identify and resolve any issues in HBTR's UAT and Preprod environments, as well as issuing relevant announcements and providing the necessary information to relevant stakeholders, such as HBTR IT and QA teams.
• Responsible for keeping the HBTR Software Testing Procedure up to date.
• Role ensures that everyone's knowledge level regarding the processes is increased by organizing training for relevant stakeholders for the correct operation of testing processes at HSBC Turkiye
• Supports and coordinates optimization and automation efforts related to SDLC Processes and Agile methodology, which is the HBTR IT project methodology.
Information
Knowledge
• Graduate of the University's Engineering Department or equivalent
• Having dept knowledge for test processes in the software development life cycles and also In-depth knowledge of relevant software development life cycles.
• Having knowledge about financial products, services and regulations
• Understanding and following procedures related to banking regulations and areas of responsibility
• Have excellent knowledge of the project test cycle.
• Have knowledge about test types and tools which is used in the Project test cycle.
Experience
• Minimum 7 years experience at Test Manager/IT System Analyst/Developer role
• Presentation ability in necessary simulation and test tools.
• A strong level of analytical understanding and problem solving.
• A powerful analysis experience
• Experienced in working with Agile methods
