Your career opportunity
Global Tax Utility supports operations across all business services for European markets in ensuring compliance with key tax regulations such as CRS and FATCA. The team plays a key role in implementing regulatory changes, analysing new tax requirements, and optimizing tax reporting processes.

What you’ll do
    • Account Opening and Customer Onboarding including defining formal requirements, verification of onboarding documentation related to GTU activities.
    • Account opening activities, GTU activities and CDD/KYC activities.
    • Providing professional and high-quality remediation, validation and classification of FATCA/CRS analysis of existing or new HSBC customers, escalating risk concerns and actively contributing to the success of the team.
    • Preparation of Tax Reporting for FATCA and CRS regulation.
    • Ensure audit & compliance as per Global Standards.
    • Manage communication between support functions, Compliance, Business Partners and technical Teams.
    • Ensure high quality operational results -TAT, TWB, SLA, RPH, QC.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence to communicate and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Able to work independently in a high volume and time pressured environment.
    • Knowledge of FATCA and CRS regulations.
    • Experience with working with legal documentation.
    • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Banking Operations, KYC process.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 7083 PLN - 8100 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
