We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Talent Acquisition Recruitment Lead.
Principal responsibilities
Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive high-volume recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives. Forecast hiring needs, allocate resources, and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds goals.
Team Recruitment, Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-volume recruiters. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated team.
Technology and Process Optimization: Champion the use of cutting-edge recruitment technologies, including AI-powered tools, automated screening platforms, and advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers. Provide data-driven insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices. Partner closely to define job requirements and manage expectations.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, team utilization and candidate conversion rates. Use data analytics to monitor team performance, optimize workflows, and report on progress to leadership.
Candidate Experience: Ensure the team delivers a best-in-class candidate experience, even at high volume. Implement processes and technologies that provide timely communication and a seamless journey for all applicants.
Proven experience in a recruiting leadership role, with a focus on high-volume hiring in a global or offshore setting.
Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies, including ATS, automated platforms, and AI tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive strategic decisions and process improvements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-oriented, and resilient mindset.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
