We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- This role is to provide all administration functionality across the Verint V15 WFO platform, consisting of creating, editing organization structures, user reporting, updating, and adding scheduled reports within the Verint Export manager.
- Manager the Verint export manager prioritizing the output for Surveillance and Trade reconstruction
- The role will also consist of monitoring the platform including user testing and working with the central voice recording team
- It is integrated with Cisco, trident systems which is nice platforms in financial systems, recording platforms.
- This person is responsible in managing the vendor relationship and trade flow of voicing infrastructure.
- Verint itself is a technology which is massive, it keeps changing in terms of reporting so that is a learning experience.
- As a new function the role will be required to build and develop processes with internal teams with Surveillance and Trade reconstruction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (MAX 8 Points)
- Experience with 15.2 Verint administration systems. Minimum 9+ years of experience.
- Develop and export Manager Product, should knowledge and should be able to handle export manager in dependably.
- Managing the reporting side and admin of that platform
- Focus on Verint 15.2 recording platform on day to day recording activities
- Verint tool experience, should have full insight on the Verint tool, should be able to troubleshoot, identify and root cause.
- Reporting and Administration experience
- Understanding the process
