We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

 

  1. 准确识别客户需求,协助客户通过合适的渠道(包括但不限于:电子银行、呼叫中心等)及时准确地完成业务办理。
  2. 协助分支行提供高效、高质量的客户服务和令人满意的客户体验。
  3. 了解客户并遵守法律法规,降低操作风险。对业务办理中的潜在风险(如欺诈等)保持警惕,如遇问题及时上报处理。
  4. 识别销售机会,根据客户的业务需求,把客户推荐给有相应资质的销售人员进行沟通、产品配置和服务,协助银行完成销售目标和财富管理策略

要求

  1. 本科及以上学历(国家认可)
  2. 有强烈的工作责任感和优秀的学习能力;
  3. 良好的沟通和客户服务能力;
  4. 有一定的组织协调能力和强烈的自我激励;
  5. 良好的英文听说读写能力。
