We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Advisory Product Business Manager

Business: Wealth and Personal Banking

Principal responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure clear communication of objectives and needs.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to assist in the development of trading strategies and risk management practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of new software tools and systems to streamline operations and enhance trading capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, and operations, to deliver solutions that align with business objectives of automation and process streamlining.
  • Assist in creating detailed reports and dashboards for senior management to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making processes related to new product offerings and services.
  • Assist in risk assessment and compliance tasks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in the stock broking industry.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably within the financial services, stock broking, or wealth management industry.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using tools such as python, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
