Retail Distribution 

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 255 branches and service outlets, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Assistant Acquisition Sales Management Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
  • Assist the Team Head to drive the wealth & general banking sales business at designated branches by providing sales management and planning support
  • Deliver administrative support on the team management for the team heads
  • Coordinate internal counterparties to assure smooth operations of the frontline team
  • Manage record keeping of compliance and training related records
  • Provide analysis of the key issues in sales risk performance to the team head
  • Assist the Team head to assure the delivery of customer-centric services by frontline staff
  • Own ad hoc tasks assigned by the Department head and the Team head to accomplish business /strategic goals.
Requirements
  • University graduate in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of retail banking products, branch operations, sales management system, sales reporting an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well versed in application software, including PowerPoint, Excel formula/Macro or VBA and Tableau.
  • Passes in IIQE Paper is an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
