WPB Credit and Financial Crime Risk Control - Credit Control Services
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Manager (Operations Supports).
Principal responsibilities
- Conduct internal control/ process review on debt collections operations to ensure adequate controls are in place in the First Line of Defense and the department’s adherence to Group policies, procedure manuals, statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Propose and implement quality enhancement and control strengthening initiatives in response to customer feedback and business needs
- Prepare statistical and ad-hoc reports for management review
- Perform UAT, system conversion, enhancement and development
Requirements
- University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in banking
- Sound knowledge of retail banking, unsecured lending and mortgage business, credit control/ administration, complaint handling or other related areas an advantage
- Good knowledge of application software (Skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access)
- Strong business acumen, self-motivated, logical and positive thinking, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
