Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

 

Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. 

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.  As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Investment Sales Quality Assurance and Business Management Manager.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of Management Information reports

  • Provide quality and efficient account servicing and business administration support to the department

  • Ensure all control measure are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure

  • Provide IT support for both front-office and middle-office staff (e.g. System administration: PBWM, UOE, HWS, Bloomberg, Reuters)

  • Engage in projects in different areas, i.e. IT project, product/service development, compliance (e.g. Assist to conduct product due diligence to ensure end-to-end compliance selling and operations of investment products)

  • Enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, implement project task and conduct quality control checking. Including managing various sales quality reports

  • Ensure both internal rules and external regulatory requirements are adhered to comply with the sales compliance

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines

  • Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registration

  • Proven relevant work and project management experience

  • Strong self-motivation, sound organization, good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
