We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
Produce business management information (MI), product control and regulatory reporting
Support new product launch downstream works and post launch review for Key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking
Support business and controls & risk projects, including new platform development, sales process & compliance project, marketing campaign and internal education event
Support to build the market landscape for Unit Trusts to identify gaps and opportunities
Contribute to idea formulation, development and implementation regarding Group initiatives
Assist in managing and ensure service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
Assist in the mobilization of new and existing multi channels including digital/mobile and frontline that aims to integrate Unit Trusts services into an effective customer experience
Support the development of Unit Trusts services to surpass competitor and customer expectations through close collaboration with internal divisions and external parties and regulators
Requirements
To be successful you will need
University degree in a relevant discipline
Relevant experience in the securities, investments or banking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong motivation and commercial awareness
Excellent Powerpoint, Excel and analytical skills
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
