Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

• Provide executive assistance and administrative support to Head of Talent, Asia & Middle East and other senior stakeholders in Enterprise Talent, in schedule management, travel, and accommodation arrangement
• Provide support to Enterprise Talent Team in local and regional projects such as Internal Career Fairs, Talent & Inclusion initiatives, among others
• Support Talent Acquisition Team in tasks relating to onboarding, regional reporting, vendor management and invoice / payment processing

To be successful you will

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong organisation and coordination skills
• Is meticulous with good attention to details and the ability to prioritise and work under a tight schedule and pressure
• Can deliver services adherent to external regulatory &/or legal requirements and internal policies
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
