This role is responsible for daily case handling to help facilitate case issuance and resolve difficult cases and special requests by working with Planners, Field Managers and Distribution management team, ensuring the sales quality and compliance of each case.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
· Provide daily case handling service to support frontline to achieve the business goals and create positive impact to business production and achieve the KPIs (ie ANP, Product Mix and VNB)
· Smooth the case management in a cost effective and timely manner
· Knowledge of fund, including public fund and private fund.
· Have the fund professional qualification certificate.
· Work with Planners and Field Managers to help facilitate and control the whole sales and delivery process for each case.
· Help resolve difficult cases and special requests.
· Provide timely response to queries raised by frontline sales during the sales process.
· Ensure effective daily case handling.
· Fulfill all internal compliance/ risk and external regulatory requirements.
· Responsible for attending and successfully completing assigned training in the mandated timeframe and understanding the consequences of failing to attend or successfully complete the training as mandated by the AML Education Lead FCC;
· Understand legal responsibility to be vigilant for unusual activity according to GS
· Report unusual activities
· Support Country or Regional FCC AML Office/AML Investigations by providing additional information when required

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen
· Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently
· Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable
· Must be a team player
· Strong Microsoft application knowledge
