We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Compensation.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments
- Key touch-point for internal and external customers’ enquiries on compensation related matters
- Enhance / streamline workflow & update of Standard Operating
- Deliver on adhoc tasks when assigned
- Participate in projects & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required
- Onboarding of 3rd Party Distribution Channel
- Setting up of Commission Campaign codes for compensation & incentives
- Income Statement generation as per requested by Distributor
Requirements
To be successful you will need
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word
- Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
- Resourceful, Independent & strong problem-solving skills
