We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Compensation.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Administer the Distribution Channel Compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments
  • Key touch-point for internal and external customers’ enquiries on compensation related matters
  • Enhance / streamline workflow & update of Standard Operating
  • Deliver on adhoc tasks when assigned
  • Participate in projects & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required 
  • Onboarding of 3rd Party Distribution Channel
  • Setting up of Commission Campaign codes for compensation & incentives
  • Income Statement generation as per requested by Distributor
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word
  • Proficiency in VBA & Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage
  • Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
  • Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
  • Resourceful, Independent & strong problem-solving skills
