We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:  
 

• Support sales MI tracking, understand business requirement and deliver the HSBC culture

• In charge of Wealth Sales team data analysis and provide valuable business insights and action plans
• Supporting administration responsibilities like composing presentations, drafting reports, assisting with key documents such as business plans
• Deputizing at meetings and making decisions on matters relating to the business area
• Lead some small projects
• Organizing schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
• Co-ordinate activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
• Managing external relationships and service providers
• Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
• Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

• Bachelor degree holder (recognized by the state);

• Minimum of two years working experience.

• Solid Skills of PPT and Excel is preferable.

• Sensitive to data, with data statistics and analysis capabilities.

• Good communication skills and teamwork spirits.

• Self-disciplined, motivated, and well-organized.

• Acceptable verbal and writing English.

Sound knowledge of financial services products and services.

• Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services.
