We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate, Business Analyst

Business: Wholesale

Principal responsibilities

  • Identify, review and analyse business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT and Operations
  • Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost)
  • Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
  • Support the development of control structures and performance scorecards to ensure project milestones, budgets, resources and employee engagement aspirations are met, implementing mitigating actions as appropriate
  • Work with markets/regions to understand regulatory, customer and competitive landscape
  • And Support Product Owner to/in:
  • Be responsible for gaining insight into customer needs and championing customers’ preferences in order to direct the product vision of what is being developed.
  • Responsible for delivering value to the business, engaging with the customer to ensure the team is building the correct product, Product vision of what is to be built, and conveys that vision to the delivery teams
Requirements
  • Possess excellent Business Analyst skills, Strong analytical background with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture
  • Experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives & re-engineering , Experience in planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
  • Challenge business intent in a constructive manner to accurately define requirements and design detailed business solution and structures
  • Continuously look for innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value to customers/stakeholders/colleagues
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships across Business, IT and Operations
  • Industry recognized technical certifications desired i.e. Change Management, Master Black Belt – Six Sigma
