We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist
In this role you will:
Collect, Process and analyze large datasets from various sources
Build and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems
Develop predictive models and algorithms to support product development and decision making
Communicate findings to stake holders through dashboards, reports and presentations.
Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, reliability and availability
Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate changes and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, operations) to implement data-driven solutions.
Continuously monitor model performances and improve as needed
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Batchelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and machine learning
Experience with SQL and data manipulation in relational databases
Strong knowledge of Statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms and data visualization.
Familiarity with tools such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Pytorch, Tableue/Power BI
Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS,Azure or GCP)is a plus
Strong Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical results to non-technical audiences
5+ years of experience in similar Datascience role
Overall 14+ years of experience
Experience in fintech industry
Exposure to MLOps, Model Deployment, Realtime analytics systems
