We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director.
In this role, you will be:
- Lead the design and development of complex, responsive web applications using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Architect and implement reusable UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Drive UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into technical specifications and robust UI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve UI development processes.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Oversee the integration of APIs and third-party services into the UI layer.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 12–15 years of professional experience in UI development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS/LESS.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA).
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Proficient in using version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in leading UI teams or large-scale UI projects.
