We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Wholesale. 

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Responsible for assisting the Head of Wholesale Business to drive the SE Asia wholesale business with a focus on fund partners and distributor relationship development
  • To work with key fund partners and distributors to support the growth of their wealth management business and to grow AMSG’s share of their wallet in SE Asia
  • Assist the Head of Wholesale Business (SE Asia) to develop the overall wholesale distribution strategy
  • Execute the wholesale distribution strategy in SE Asia
  • Drive sales, AUD and revenue growth for the wholesale business
  • Implement effective sales and servicing strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction level
  • Work closely with Client Proposition (CP) and Client Service and Sales Support (CSSS) to develop high quality wholesale marketing and sales materials to demonstrate AMG credibility
  • Work with Product team to strategise on developing products suited for the respective distributors and market
  • Be an active participant in the industry, participate in external conferences and key client events
Requirements

To be successful you will

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • More than 10 years of related experience preferred
  • Require strong business acumen to grow SE Asian market positioning
  • Manage multi-level and a wide variety of stakeholders for key accounts
  • Require strong investment knowledge with deep understanding of the SE Asian market to drive sales
  • Require strong communication skill to convey AMG strategy among teams and key stakeholders

To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore is required. 

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
