Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Business Process and Reengineering Lead
Responsibilities:
Define, Lead and deliver initiatives in transforming Asset & Wealth Business and delivering initiatives that builds value for the shareholders, gaining more market share in the Consumer Business world. Implement IWPB Business strategic intent in capturing great opportunities by collaborating with local, regional and global Team both from Business, Credit, IT and Operation TeamTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Excellent leadership and people skill.
- Deep expertise in defining business requirement, analyzing business process, system flows, customer journeys, reviewing the solution, ensuring the deliverables are well implemented.
- Experienced in develop and present business cases to senior stakeholders for proposed initiatives, including ROI and resource impact.
- Experienced in system development lifecycle and various project management method
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in complex environments
- Proven experience in completing regulatory submission approval particularly for complex or medium-high category initiatives
- Analytically sharp, promptly understands new concepts, self driven and high sense of ownership.
- Experienced in delivering key projects and technology / digital transformation.
- Excellent Bahasa and English both verbal and written.
- Excellent collaboration with various stakeholders and Business partners.
- Min of 5 years of experience in project management / business transformation.
