We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Associate Vice President Labilities Payment Product.
Responsibilities:
The role holder is responsible for leading the design, development, and launch of innovative FX & payment products. They need to have a deep understanding of payment systems, financial technology, risk management and the trends of SEA market. Understanding digital solution on multiple industries is a plus.
This role involves guiding cross-functional teams & stakeholder, defining product requirements, defining product campaign, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to market.
They will also need to identify business opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth from a product perspective. So it can contributes to the overall business objectives through effective product, marketing and sales strategies and to strengthen HSBC’s position
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in similar companies is preferred.
- Applicant should have a solid background in the FX / payment industry, including expertise in POS solutions, payment gateways, merchant digital services, acquiring & issuing business, and related areas.
- Technical knowledge and broad understanding of products and operational process
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (Bahasa and English) and a passion for developing solutions that improve the FX / payment experience are essential.
- Excellent relationship building with various Internal and External stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the FX / payments industry or a closely related field is an advantage.
