We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Business Analyst.

Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Experience of leading a team of 4-5 Business Analyst.
•    Organize stakeholder touchpoints and meetings as required, provide metrics, and manage stakeholder expectations
•    Ability to mentor, coach and guide BA team members without compromising on personal deliverables.
•    Experience of Analysis planning for BA team 
•    Takes ownership, pride in delivered work
•    Ensure full business engagement in the Agile & Kanban development process.
•    Business requirements definition and gap analysis as an individual BA
•    Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Requirements

Requirements/Key Skills
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: (Must have Requirements)
•    Good understanding of Commercial banking and Credit application domain.
•    Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
•    Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. integration projects, change management.
•    Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
•    Experience with Agile & Kankan methodologies (preferably Kanban) as a Business Analyst 
•    processes and perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements. 
•    Has utilised business analysis methods, tools and techniques
•    Being business orientated with a technical background
•    A degree in a numerate business focused with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience.
•    Good communication skills both written and verbal.
•    Experience of writing SQL queries 
•    Experience in Jira

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: (Good to have Requirements)
•    Perform technical analysis to understanding the link between changes in systems and business processes to costs and benefits
•    Knowledge of Basic Java
