We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Brokerage Business Development Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support business partner relationship and the coordination or analytic in formulating business development plan with effective implementation and execution
  • Sales process and pipeline management, work closely with internal counterparts to manage and optimize the pipeline conversion
  • Implement optimal sales process to maximize customer or business partner experience
  • Work as a team with other account manager and functional areas to ensure optimal business results and customer centricity
  • Distribution support on marketing activities, record management, project or business initiative support and general administration
  • Be the contact point for sales consultants from various broker partners to contact on daily basis
  • Support NB cases and PS enquires to ensure smoothness of the transactions, effectiveness is shown and solutions provided to brokers
  • Maintain and update pipeline report and provide analysis for pipeline management and business forecast
  • Identify and recommend any potential enhancement in process with focus to improve customer experience and broker relationship
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (knowing Mandarin is a plus)
  • At least 5 years insurance related job experience
  • Candidate with prior experience in broker business would be a plus
  • Possessing IIQE / LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any IIQE / LOMA courses would be a plus
  • Candidate should have relevant customer service experience
