We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst - ASP CMB COO OFFSHORE TEAM - CH.

Principal responsibilities

  • Identify, review and analyse business processes, data and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT, Operations and agreed Future State Architecture.Support reengineering of processes, where process is one of the many parts of the change, and provide detailed guidance on process design (considering risk, end-to-end and cost).
  • Support with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time or effort on programme plan and provide accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.
  • Work with markets/regions to understand delivery partner and competitive landscape.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in change delivery in banking.
  • Possess excellent Business Analyst skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture.
  • Experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives & re-engineering.
  • Experience in supporting the planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
  • Experience in Modelling or Analytics domain.
  • Prior management consulting experience is highly advantageous.

  • Challenge business intent in a constructive manner to accurately define requirements and design detailed business solution and structures

  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in order to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across Business, IT and Operations.
  • Flexible and able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Confident and open to challenging existing protocols and processes.
  • Experience in delivery of AI products (not mandatory, but preferred).
  • Experience in commercial credit (not mandatory, but preferred).

Qualifications and Accreditations

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Visio.
  • Strong JIRA and Confluence skills.
  • Evidence of self-development across a number of disciplines.
  • Industry recognized technical certifications desired i.e. APMG Change Management, TOGAF Qualification, Master Black Belt – Six Sigma.     

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
