We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst

In this role, you will:

  • Support the CEO’s Office in driving execution of high-impact programs, preparing executive reports, and coordinating key leadership connects. This role provides early exposure to enterprise strategy, change programs, and senior leadership engagement across Tech Center India.

    As a Program Analyst in the CEO’s Office, you'll be part of a high-impact team enabling business transformation, leadership visibility, and operational effectiveness across the Tech Center. You’ll collaborate across departments and functions to support workforce planning, governance, reporting, and change delivery—all while building cross-functional influence and strategic thinking

  •  Provide governance support for India-based support functions like HR, Finance, Risk, and Legal
    Assist with documentation, operating rhythm management, and dashboards for internal governance

  • Executive Reporting: Create and maintain executive reports for the CEO’s Office, including GCC Landscape, Headcount, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Mandatory Training, Tech Center Scorecards, and Board-level content

    Program Execution: Assist with project tracking for job description standardization, persona creation, and skill mapping
    Support analysis and coordination of DORA metric uplift initiatives for operational resilience

  • Coordinate standardized cost approval workflows across council programs to ensure control and audit readiness

  •  Leadership Engagements: Facilitate senior leadership exchanges with employees; support Q&A moderation, logistics, and feedback
    Support quarterly India townhalls and in-person connects—own documentation, content alignment, and feedback analysis
    Governance Coordination: Assist in operating rhythm management for India support functions, track projects and report updates through dashboards and metrics
    Regulatory Awareness: Provide support in regulatory tracking activities related to DPDPA and emerging policy requirements
    Monitor industry trends and report preparation for evolving risk or regulatory themes
  • Partner with senior team members to drive cross-team collaboration
    Take initiative in coordinating multiple stakeholders for content, governance, and reporting deliverables
    Bring enthusiasm and curiosity to explore broader team goals such as ESG, innovation, and automation
  • Working knowledge of enterprise reporting, Power BI dashboards, and project lifecycle
    Familiarity with governance and internal controls processes
    Foundational understanding of ESG, operational risk, or regulatory topics may offer an added advantage
  • Contribute to the annual Tech Fest and similar events
     Support internal communications and awareness campaigns through byte-sized content and dashboards
    Assist in India Head visit logistics or agenda coordination where needed
     
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, or governance functions
  •  Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Visio)
  •  Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, synthesize inputs, and meet deadlines
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn across business topics
  • Agile, Lean, or PMP certifications
  • Exposure to HR or Workforce Planning projects
  • Prior experience in COO, Business Management, or Tech Governance teams
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks or emerging tech risk
