We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Design, calculate and set performance scorecard solution target for all frontline teams, and relevant analysis
- Formulate business forecast, financial resources plan and strategic plan to achieve the Bank’s strategic direction and business focus
- Support the implementation of business strategies to maximize returns and drive long-term financial sustainability
- Identify trends, opportunities and threats leading to options for business actions. Support stakeholders to understand the inherent risks and rewards, and assist in finding compliant solutions to support business growth
- Take the lead in strategic management activities to support implementation of business initiatives.Take lead of self-initiatied project
- Work closely with global/ regional counterparts and various internal stakeholders for alignment in strategic direction, business performance tracking and planning
- Collaborate with FIN and relevant parties to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial booking
- Support sales MI tracking, inderstand business requirement and deliver the HSBC culture
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 3 to 5 years working experience in related area/or progressive services and/or retail sales experience
- Professional qualifications as appropriate to market
- Strong communication, Training or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
- Local regulatory & license requirements - job holder should possess valid licenses with accreditation on wealth management and qualification as required by HBCN
- Clear view on how to work with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control to ensure a balanced risk operating environment
- Able to communicate well in English and local languages
