We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Capture Of Financial Statements (Processor)
Perform the capture of financial information summited by the RM and assessors of segments BBU, MME, ISB, RE, LLC on Credit Lens Local or GLC based on capturing guidance located on Credit Manual.
Additional includes perform and delivery Financial Summary and IF in PDF format with financial information previously captured and when applies, this summary contains the comparative of internal financial information from months specific of actual year among same month of previous year (Like to Like).
Main Activities:
- Capture the Financial Information from financial statements into Credit Lens System
- Ensure that process is performed as the manual instructions.
- Ensure sending capture of financial statements by Financial Spreading to RM, assessors in accordance with the specifications and guidelines established on the actual SLA, in a warranty time of 72 hrs in low operation period (3 business days) 96 hrs and in high operation period.
- Strong relationship with information suppliers which are the RM and/or assessors of segments CMB, BBU, RE, LLC or GB by performing the capture in Credit Lens and/or GLC System.
- A daily registration is performed in Share point BD for captured cases.
- Raise any concern or risk in the process.
- Look for any simplification in the process.
- Interaction of analyst with RM and/or assessors for clarification about accounts classification and/or additional information request.
- Maintain the internal control standards of EDPM, including the on time, implementation of auditable points, such internals as externals, conjointly to whichever article summited by externals regulators.
- Ensure the information security, throw the data protection, physical and electronic information, as well as the compromise of confidentiality of it”.
- Interaction of analyst with WCR in case of clarifications or priority of urgent cases.
- Work with the team to offer a better service and comply with SLA.
- Ability to build relationships by communicating,
- 2 years of operational experience.
- Economic – Accountant Degree (oriented to Accounting)
- Work under pressure.
- Desirable experience in accounting firm or administrative area in a private or public company of 1 or 2 years.
- Experience in risk management field, and proven ability to support the development of the business activities while robustly applying risk management disciplines and controls.
- Strong leadership and management ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to build and maintain local relationships.
- Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate / Advance English
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with a passion to succeed.
- Experience of working in a highly-matrixed environment, and accustomed to bridging the gap between disparate organizations and cultures.
- Strong Knowledge on Financial Analysis
- Strong capacity to assimilate other stake-holders perspectives and fast learning abilities.
- Pro-active and business orientation with proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands and ability to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience and showing resilience under pressure and providing best in class solutions.
- Microsoft skills, intermediate
- Core systems knowledge, if it´s in credit process is an advantage
