We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Case Manager - INSURANCE - SUPPORT FUNCTION.

Principal responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end High Net Worth (HNW) new business case management service in accordance with underwriting, compliance, regulatory and Group requirements and the agreed service lead time.
  • Process new business applications in accurate, effective & timely manner.
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation is filed in the internal record with good quality.
  • Work closely with stakeholders in order to support distribution.
  • Consistently and accurately provide the updated case information to all key stakeholders.
  • Handle case enquires from key stakeholders in professional & timely manner.
  • Handle and resolve the problem cases skillfully and independently.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks, projects as assigned.     
要求
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Working experience in life insurance industry, preferably bancassurance with HNW Case Management &/or New Business Operation experience is desirable.
  • Proven knowledge on processing HNW new business life insurance applications.
  • Possessing LOMA qualifications or in progress of taking any LOMA courses would be a plus
  • A team player with great sense of ownership and customer concentric mindset to ensure the daily case management activities, servicing and projects are delivered in high quality with timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
