We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Change Agent.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Elicit, analyse, document and validate complex business requirements from stakeholders- translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s strategy and transformation framework
- Work on delivery of digital & staff frontend tool throughout various stages of product lifecycle, liaison and alignment with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product owners, Frontline, Business Analysts, Technology, Digital teams, Frontline, 2LOD (2nd line of defence) to build solution that will drive adoption & commercialization
- Support product owners to prioritise backlog by providing insight based on business knowledge, investigations, and analysis
- Facilitate design thinking workshops/ meetings to generate and prototype innovative solutions that increase customer engagement and boost business growth
- Supporting delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) to ensure deliverables meet requirements and facilitate business benefit achievement
- Clear communication of project updates, risks, and dependencies; addressing blockers proactively and actively participating in governance forums for informed decision-making
- Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success & progress of projects and gather feedback to drive continuous improvements
Requirements
To be successful you will need
- Domain knowledge and experience on financial planning, wealth product, digital and relevant business flows; wealth model knowledge & delivery experience will be an advantage
- Strong product design & requirement background with ability in analytical rigor, including being able to contextualize data and organizational objectives into business activities / requirement
- Customer centricity and proven track record of building successful customer centric requirement and delivering positive customer outcomes
- Proven track records in design & business requirement activities across multi-disciplinary and multi- culturally diverse work environments
- Knowledge of external environment – regulatory, competitors, innovation etc
