We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Change Execution Manager.
Principal responsibilities:

Manage projects under Management Office in achieving the company’s strategic goals

Support initiatives including new index development, data and analytics, digital, technology, client management, governance and other special projects

Provide general administration and executive supports, communicate effectively with the leadership and internal teams

Support the team to drive programme delivery effectively, assist with putting mitigating actions into place to prevent delivery stalling and escalate as appropriate

Assist to implement effective operational risk controls and adhere to all relevant internal standards, policies and practices, as well as local regulatory and legal requirements

Coordinate the governance meetings and the engagements with all necessary stakeholders at defined points of time

Keep abreast of latest market trends in index industry

Support the team to streamline processes to minimise operational risks, improve quality and processing time with measurement and benefit tracking

Demonstrate effective communication skills across various channels and produce accurate, well-organised deliverables that meet team requirements and deadlines

Apply high organisational skills to handle complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders to define the project plan and ensure the project delivery

Manage good business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
-
University Graduate or above in Finance/Economics/Business/Statistics/Information Technology

Proven experience in financial industry
-
Experience in indexing, asset management or related industries is preferred
-
Experience in agile project management will be a plus
-
An innovative and strategic mindset with strong project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills
-
Ability to motivate stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources and achieve measurable results against goals

Ability to work independently, cope with pressures and meet tight deadlines
-
PMP certification is an advantage
-
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
