We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Enginering Specialist

In this role, you will:

·       Design, implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.

·       Define and establish DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), observability, and automation.

·       Drive multi-cloud strategies, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource management.

·       Develop and enforce security policies, compliance standards, and governance frameworks for cloud environments.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps Tooling and related roles

·       Proficiency in for infrastructure-as-code.

·       Hands-on experience with Terraform CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.

·       Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub

·       Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and practices.

·       Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).

·       Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, scalability best practices and compliance standards.

·       Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

·       Experience working in agile environments, managing technical roadmaps and driving execution

·       Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with application developers and other stakeholders.
