The role is responsible for the delivery of post-sales support to Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) clients, across a full range of Global Payment Solutions (GPS) corporate card products. The role incorporates Client integration, Client Implementation and Client Service.
As our Commercial Client Service Manager you will:
- Provide accurate, timely and professional responses to inquiries sent to our two pooled service mailboxes by commercial card clients
- The Commercial Card Client Service Manager will be responsible for monitoring a case dashboard throughout the day to ensure established SLAs are met and the client experience is exceptional
- When the role requires, this individual will schedule calls with clients to train on how to use the online card management portals, and how to manage their card programs effectively
- The role will also require close collaboration with internal partners from Product, Optimization, Sales, Fraud and Relationship Management
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $66,900 and $99,900.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Direct client service experience with the ability to conduct difficult conversations with both internal and external partners
- Good understanding of corporate card products and channels and the ability to relate to client business requirements and capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external partners
- Excellent time management and organization and skills
