We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Ensuring operational stability, integrity, and availability of the Internet browsing services/web secure gateways supported by the team
• Providing support in identification and resolution of incidents associated with the Proxy service
• Ensuring service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the aspects of the proxy services
• Identify improvements to existing solutions and processes
• Supporting and providing consultancy to customers and peers
• Providing support to production impacting incidents

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Experience working in an agile environment, and familiarity with automation tools and orchestration.
• Experience of independently handling End to End technology deployments.
• Understanding of scripting languages
• Proven track record of working with Proxy technologies and solutions with at least 8 to 10 years of experience on different network technologies out of which 4+ years can be on Proxy solutions.
• Experience and understanding of Bluecoat proxy environments
• Good knowledge of network fundamentals
• Good knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers.
• Knowhow of leading SaaS SWG solutions like Zscaler or McAfee, and relevant management tools
• Good communication skills, and ability to communicate to different audiences and stakeholders
