We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Compliance/CS.
In this role, you will:
• The candidate will act as the go-between for technology and the business, this requires good stakeholder engagement for facilitating meetings and workshops (accommodating different time zones), good organizational skills, prioritization & tenacity.
• The candidate will need to be able to review and interpret relevant laws, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• The candidate will support in managing contracts to ensure completion within deadlines.
• The candidate will work closely with the central risk and controls team, preparing documentation for risk management meetings, responsible for logging and monitoring risks within RTC.
• Follow local processes in all markets and prepare governance documentation accordingly.
• Collaborate with the risk management function to align compliance with enterprise risk management frameworks.
• Escalate issues of non-compliance and material risk to appropriate stakeholders.
• Recommend process improvements to mitigate future risks.
