Job description
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU), with strong capabilities in machine learning for transformative solutions. A solid foundation in data modeling is essential, as it underpins the development and optimization of advanced algorithms.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, R ) along with a solid understanding of design patterns and both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with one of major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Experience with open-source frameworks like Spring, React, and Vue.js.
- Ability to rapidly set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments using cloud and container technologies to test research ideas.
- Experience in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and adaptability to evolving project objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions through academic projects or research publications.
- Experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, or developing applications related to AI Agents, is a plus.

Requirements
- PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (or nearing completion).

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in diverse team environments.
- Academic research experience or publications in related fields are highly valued.
