We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Control Manager - IWPB BRR UTILITY HASE RC.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the Non-Financial Risk Management Framework related activities and ensure the deliverables are in line with Group and Regional strategy and timeline.
• Connect and work with stakeholders to review and update the Risk and Control Assessments.
• Lead and support in Risk Governance Forum (RMM, Incident Forum etc.), including end-to end flow, MI, narratives and relevant summary report.
• Lead the issue and action management and governance in HASE WPB, provide timely follow up and summary to senior managment.
• Lead the incident and internal event management and rapid escalation process.
• Lead the read-across review in HASE WPB.

• University degree in Business/Banking/Risk Management or related subject OR other relevant qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years’ banking experience, preferably in retail banking operations / banking products, exposures to audit and/or compliance functions/ requirements an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience on the operational risk management, internal control monitoring, related regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Strong attentiveness to detail, compliance and control orientation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond resourcefully when change occurs by applying change principles for successful navigation through change.
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese.
• Great sense of ownership and clear mindset to ensure efficient and effective processes
• Good stakeholder management skill. 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
