We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
•Build and maintain enterprise level data assets platform, collaborate with the group and local data teams to build standardized financial data models
•Build and maintain regulatory common data mart and corresponding reporting submission applications.
•Manage the end to end delivery of reports programme including data analysis, model design , implementation and testing etc.
•Act as Data Analyst on Finance and Money marketing and Securities services domains , lead corresponding business interview and analysis.
•Govern the data platforms, including metadata management, data standards, quality management, security control etc.
•Facilitate project planning and management to ensure best practice are followed with regards to data governance
•Actively conduct cross-departments communication and collaboration, provide expertise advice related to data and regulatory reporting, and promote the optimization of regulatory submission operational processes.
•Support and supervise data controls activities for new initiatives
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
•Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a major services organization, with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience.
•Knowledge of industry leading data engineering and data management practices.
•Knowledge of regulatory reporting like EAST,1104,150,大集中 etc.
•Knowledge of data architecture and technology solutions.
•Fluent SQL/Python/Hive skills.
•Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail combined with a strong delivery focus and ability to meet tighten timeline with quality results.
•Excellent planning, organising and commercial skills with tenacity to drive through results.
•Highly effective negotiation and interpersonal skills.
•Self-motivated and self-managed. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy combined with a decisive collaborative nature.
•Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skill.
