We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Understand the business scenarios in the fields of finance, insurance, big data computing, etc., and explore customer business needs.
2. Improve business indicators based on understanding of the business, using various statistical knowledge, data models, or innovative research methods, and be able to formulate overall data analysis plans for the business.
3. Design comprehensive data metric systems according to the company's business goals and strategies, scientifically measure business effects; based on statistical theory and data science to discover and define problems, formulate and implement related strategies.
4. Bring forward-looking insights from the data perspective or discover potential opportunities/risks.
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Have background in well-known consulting companies or financial/ insurance related work experience
2. Deep understanding of research fields such as data mining, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, etc., and have rich D&A and application experience.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, execution ability and logical thinking ability.
5. Excellent English, document writing, PPT, and presentation skills, able to present ideas through documents.
6. Understand product design, have product thinking, and those with data mining background in the financial & insurance industry are preferred.
