We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist 

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare project plans detailing all the risk, dependencies and blockers

  • Handle delivery in challenging timelines 

  • Manage all release related activities like raising CR, Approvals, CAB, Release notes, Testing Sign Offs, ITSA/eITSA etc

  • Ensure Sprint & quarterly goals are intact and remove all the impediments by coordinating with all the relevant teams

  • Plan and coordinate sprints, releases, and dependencies with other teams

  • Create estimates for medium to large size projects ($200k-$2m)

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

  • Ensure the team has the necessary resources and support to succeed

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals

  • Provide regular updates on project progress and status

  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a collaborative and productive team environment

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager within an Agile framework (Scrum/SAFe)

  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

  • Fluent in English (both written & verbal)

  • Knowledge of Digital Technologies and APIs

  • Strong knowledge of managing & mitigating Risks, Issues, Dependencies

  • Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and mission-driven

  • Previous experience working in Financial Services or regulated industries
