We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with IT Service owner to identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, understand how control gaps can be managed/addressed, automate service monitoring etc.
  • Understand vendor managed services and support initiatives to make sure vendor managed services are inline with HSBC service management principles
  • Contribute to Corporate Real Estate FSA - Support with analysis and ideas
  • Interact with technical team of vendor managed services
  • Interact with colleagues in Corporate Real Estate and identify opportunities to bring business value.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge of HSBC Governance on Cloud service usage and Security measures
  • Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline.  
  • Experience of working in DEVOPS environment - Programming / configuration management and pipelines
  • Ability to work independently
  • Internal HSBC knowledge and experience in a Technology area
  • Has worked within globally diverse teams
  • Understanding of HSBC controls and service management principles
