We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
DevOps Strategy and Automation:
• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible to provision and manage scalable infrastructure.
• Embed security scanning and compliance checks in development workflows using tools like Snyk or SonarQube.
• Promote DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and reliability in the SDLC.
Incident Support:
• Collaborate with production support teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, minimizing downtime for critical systems.
• Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve security-related issues during incidents.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into operational workflows.
• Partner with the bank's operation resilience project team to align on security and resilience initiatives.
• Coordinate with global and regional DevOps teams to maintain consistency across distributed systems.
Security and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with China's regulatory requirements and global banking standards.
• Implement secure coding practices and manage secrets using tools like HashiCorp Vault.
Monitoring and Observability:
• Deploy and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track performance and security events.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive issue detection.
Process Improvement:
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enhance system reliability.
• Collaborate with SRE teams to integrate reliability practices into automated workflows.
要求
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
• Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Experience automating CI/CD pipelines and implementing security practices.
Familiarity with supporting production teams during incidents.
• Technical Skills:
CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform or Ansible.
Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Security Tools: Proficiency in Snyk or SonarQube.
Secrets Management: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault.
Monitoring: Expertise in Prometheus and Grafana.
Programming/Scripting: Strong skills in Python or Bash.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
• Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
Proactive mindset focused on automation and operational efficiency.
• Additional Requirements:
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
Understanding of banking systems and compliance regulations.
