We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will: 

·       Working within an Agile team to design, test and support (DevOps) Network products.

·       primarily focused Network Automation. 

·       Working with automation/testing tools – Ansible, Terraform, GitHub (Version Control), Postman, Jenkins

·       Covers all APIs for customer consumption as we drive efficiency across the NEC estates globally.

·       Interact with our customers to understand requirements and services that would benefit them in the future

·       work with Product Owners to drive such initiatives through to delivery.

·       working on Web/API Technologies

·       Working experience with Linux OS

·       Working on network devices like Routing & Switching, Firewalls, NAT, Port, Subnetting, VPNs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·       Must have experience of software delivery life cycle along with a passion for testing and delivery of quality products and automation

·       Exposure and awareness to other disciplines (Analysis, Testing, Operational Support) within the Network operations

·       Background of working with the Agile methodology and associated tool sets – Jira, Confluence, Service NOW etc…

·       Evidence of having conceptual knowledge of networking technologies and protocols

·       Ability to work as part of a team to ensure team success in the form of value-add deliverables with a regular delivery cadence

·       Customer and service focused, representing Telecoms globally.
