We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Business Solution Delivery Manager.

The opportunity:

The purpose of his role is to successfully shape and execute against CIB global strategic change agenda. The Delivery manager will collaborate with CIB Business to successfully deliver Change the Bank (CTB) programmes to digitise our products, propositions and internal processes. They will have proven experience of successfully shaping and executing against the overall programme Objectives and Key Results (OKTs). They will be responsible for the timely and high-quality delivery of programmes, adhering to HSBC’s core practices and frameworks (Change Framework, Value Streams, Agile). They will be responsible for managing programme outcomes, costs, headcount, risk and issues and will work to ensure benefits and values are realised.

In this role you will

  • Support and guide Product Owners to create /evolve Product Roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
  • Create analysis of customer journeys and products functionality
  • Engage with senior technology project and programme managers as well as product owners ensuring all requirements have suitable benefits associated and there is full traceability on ownership of requirements as well as success criteria for each requirement
  • Perform in-depth impact assessment of proposed changes on processes, data and systems and formally document
  • Work with transformation lead and wider project team to ensure the change initiatives, linked to the Transformation program are pushed through to completion
  • Drive adoption of best practices across the BA community
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of management reports on key initiatives and projects that are being undertaken by actively engaging stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Powerapps experience along with ability to work on Connecto related activities would be beneficials
  • Experience developing business cases, proposals, presentations and other high impact documents for meetings and event being undertaken
  • Should have delivered projects with medium to high complexity and scope
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and analytical skills
  • Proven trac record of projects execution and delivery and effective stakeholder management
  • Ability to operate well across cultures and in multi-culturally diverse work environments
  • Strong relationship management and project/change management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and make necessary decisions within desired timelines

What additional skills will be good to have?

  • Knowledge and experience in one of the following areas- Client Services, Credit and Lending, Capital Markets, Global Payment Solutions Global Trade and Receivables Finance, Regulatory Risk and Compliance, Sustainability
